4. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
4.1 Personal Information. We do not currently require you to provide Personal Information in order to have access to general information available on the Site or to use the Site’s services. But, we do receive and/or collect Personal Information from you in the following ways:
Account Information. . If you create an account on the Site, you will be required to provide us with Personal Information such as you name, email address and password.
Order Information. If you place an order through the Site, you will be required to provide us with Personal Information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, and payment information.
“Contact Us” Information. If you send us a “Contact Us” request, whether by submitting an online form that we make available or by sending an email to an email address that we display, you may be required to provide us with certain information such as your our name and email for our Coupon-Alert service or our Product Price-Alert service.

5.6 Sharing the information: Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below and with subsidiaries info-ri.com, controls that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.
5.6.1 Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control : We work closely with affiliated businesses. In some cases, such as Marketplace sellers, these businesses operate stores at info-ri.com or sell offerings to you at info-ri.com. In other cases, we operate stores, provide services, or sell product lines jointly with these businesses.
5.6.2 Third-Party Service Providers : We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
5.6.3 Business Transfers As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy stores, subsidiaries, or business units. We do not identify you to the advertiser.
6. USE OF ANONYMOUS INFORMATION
We may use Anonymous Information or disclose it to third party service providers in order to improve our Site and enhance your experience with the Site. We may also disclose Anonymous Information (with or without compensation) to third parties, including advertisers and partners.
7. OPTING OUT
You may choose not to receive future promotional and advertising from us by selecting an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that we send. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the foregoing emails, we may still send you a response to any “Contact Us” request as well as administrative emails (for example, in connection with a password reset request) that are necessary to facilitate your use of the Site.
